How not to put on weight?

I can't sleep and there is a mosquito flying around in my room... it's already 3am but I just couldn't get a date with Mr 周公。I don't have cable tv in my room and I am too lazy to go downstairs, do you want to know what is showing on Channel 8 now? It's called the invincible squad, with Phyllis Quek as the lead actress and two other male actors... don't know their names. Anyway I decided to blog on some photos I took during the weekend and earlier on.

Eating is a form of survival for any living thing, no exceptions for humans. Therefore as the post title reads, I am going to blog about food again. Soon my blog is going to be nothing but food and my pregnancy progress. Does it bores you?

"Bo Bian"(没办法） I have nothing else to blog about already, I am not a critic that goes around criticizing on other bloggers or movie stars for being prettier or more famous, that's not me. I am just an average Singaporean that live life humbly and decently within my own means.

Some photos to show, I am getting more interested in photography, want to invest in a more advance camera but on the other hand I am also thinking of getting a camcorder so that I can record my little one when she is out.... Money money money... not earning but sure knows how to spend!

Jeff's crave, 油鸡面 at China town. He remembered his mother brought him to this stall to eat the noodles when he was very young. 1st time visiting this stall after 20 over years, but he said that the standard has dropped, not as fragrant as before. I agree, it was nothing fantastic, the shrimp wanton soup was tasteless, the chicken meat was hard and wasn't marinated long enough. 非常一般。

记得吃 desert stall at China town, 黑芝麻，算盘子and红枣白果雪蛤。It's so enjoyable to have some sweet deserts after a meal. I see the change in me recently, getting more and more appreciative towards sweet stuff, especially these few weeks.

I might have passed to Jeff all the food cravings, he is the one greedy for different kinds of food. Lucky for him, he has high metabolism. I am not as lucky... I put on quite a bit of weight this month. I am getting worried as the 3rd trimester approaches... The more weight I put on, the more body aches I have.

Eat eat eat... surely going to turn into a fat mama later.... But I didn't eat more than I should wor... just 2 to 3 meals a day only. But because there is a decrease in exercise and activities therefore it's faster to put on the extra pounds during pregnancy.

I have expanded quite a bit, I could feel my rib being pushed opened and it hurts 24/7. Also many swollen and sore areas... although I enjoy my baby kicking me, I surely don't enjoy the change that took place physically. Painful, you need to be pregnant to really understand what I am going through now.... But overall my pregnancy is still an enjoyable one so far. Women is good at enduring pain, now I believe that we women has a higher threshold for pain compared to men.

Today after dinner, my sweet tooth effect starts to kick in again, this is the only craving I realised I have during these period. Now I wish to end my day with some sweet desert, be it ice cream, a sweet drink, cakes or pastry. Jeff took me to Gelate at Siglap road for Wafer top with cookies and cream ice cream accompanied with cafe mocha and americano coffee.

Oh I want to congratulate Joanne Ng giving birth to baby girl last week. Little Reann looks very cute and photogenic. You are a brave mother and please continue to be strong!

Congratulation to Esther Fok too for she has given birth to her second daughter on Monday. Hope you recover fast, I am quite worried for you when I received your husband's call. Hope everything is well with you!
