My Super Cute Natalie

My Natalie loves her tummy time, playing with toys that I bought for her to keep her occuppied. I even bought the whole complete set of "My Baby Can Read" vcds to let her pass time in the long boring afternoon. Tought my maid how to operate the tv and dvd player, luckily she is a fast learner and she told me she had played one of the disc for Natalie this afternoon. Good job, my maid has been doing very well so far and I appreciated her every effort in taking care of my Natalie. Just by saying I appreciate their effort is far from enough so I helped out by sending a few hundreds dollars back to her home town as her 4 kids need money for school. She said she wanted it to be pro rated from her salary, but I told her I am not going to deduct from her pay and that it's my way of showing appreciation of taking care of NAT so well.

Last Sunday Jeff and I took both maids out to Vivo City to let them have their well deserved R&R time. I handed them my camera and they went wild taking photos of themselves, I am glad that they were enjoying and having fun that day.

My Natalie's care giver during the day, Ms Rita from Philippines. She is 35 years old and a mother of 4 and her youngest child is already 8 years old. She is the only sole bread winner for her family as her husband is not very trust worthy. She told me that her husband spent away all her hard earned money that was meant for her children.

This is Suleni, from Indonesia and she is only 23 years old. Though she is very young, she is able to cook chinese food very well. Her favourite pass time is to watch Korean drama at night.

Look, they love to act cute too.

Regardless of race and religion and which country one is from, everyone knows the PEACE sigh while taking photos.

Natalie is a very fortunate baby, with 2 play mates to keep her company at home.

Mummy Noelle and Baby Natalie, she prefers sucking her hands that looking at the camera.

Oh she is hungry, fatherly Jeff feeding his precious daughter to her bottle of milk.

After we got home, Natalie was still full of energy (cos she slept many times during shopping and while in the car). She felt so relax and secure in her own bedroom and was smiling so happily. Suddenly I caught her in 'action' and immediately recorded her crime! Now I have gotten hold of this evidence and will used it against her when she grows up! hahaha

Do watch this video clip, she is very hilarious. I really have NO completely NO idea where she learnt this from. Trust me, I asked around and no one admitted to teaching her this action. The video is a short 50 seconds, hope it is able to brighten up your day after seeing this innocent clip. Enjoy!

haha so cute, my son did that too when he was 4 months old! i guess its the stages that they go through :)
both ur domestic helpers look really trustworthy, its so important to get a caring and loyal helper to look after your baby ^-^

ya, my boy does that when he was tt age too... guess the babies just learn it by themselves... they had found new things that they can do with their mouths.. u can expect more actions which they do using their mouths... enjoy...

Yup agreed tat u have 2 great helpers at home.... It's hard to find maids tat are trustworthy.. Sometimes they do appreciate if u show them with kind and generous gestures and hopefully in return they will repay u well.. ;)

Wow, baby Natalie is getting prettier and prettier leow...hehehe. Noelle, besides, Baby can Read, my baby enjoys the series from Brainybaby (especially the title; Peek a Boo) during this stage. Perhaps, you can consider getting those too.

Oh thank you for your recommendation Jacqueline. I didn't know other titles except for the one I bought. Will check it out and indeed the title peek a boo really sounds more suitable for 4 months and above.

gosh - you are one of the most show off bloggest around. you blog about how rich you are, how 'generous' you are with money. how 'lucky' you are not to have to work, and then being a hypocrite you decide to go and work. constantly blog about you have two maids, and then more recently you decide to give them extra money..

i think we all can see how you try to disguise your show-off-ness. but c'mon you know deep down in your heart all you want to do is to show off to your friends.

its good being the lucky few in the world, but sometimes it is best keeping things to yourself. you never think or even wonder how do people feel that you have all these wonderful things in life. having two maids taking care of your precious baby. many of us do not... and although they might not tell you in the face that they are jealous of your lifestyle. perhaps you should be more automatic and think about others before blogging.

being an anon reader for over a few months i realise this is exactly what you do. so i really hope you do think about this tag.

Anon is so right !!!!! I have a very lucky and good lifestyle, but am always careful about what I blog about and make sure I do not make others feel inadequate by telling the world how fortunate I am.

Hi noelle, I am one of your frequent readers and also know you personally. I am not going to reveal my name here, as all I wanted to say is you should perhaps really think about what your anon said. Although I am your friend, I also feel the same way in which how inadequate I feel whenever I read your posts. We are not jealous, and yes we do envy you. But hearing it over and over again simply makes feel that we are not as good as a mother/parent as you as we cannot afford what you can for Natalie.

I hope you think about this.

People normally display arrogance when they want to feel recognized for some talent or accomplishment viewed as strong, good or right. The driving force behind arrogance comes from the belief that one talent or ability may overshadow all of the parts of one's life that feel bad, wrong or weak, Arrogant then becomes a defensive shield against our own shame, guilt and inadequacy.

It is something that an insecure person would do. Someone who calls herself "Woman of Leisure" tells you all. Desperate for the world to approve of her life.

Finally someone decide to say something. I also think the same.
Look at comments on chanel bag post.

"It cost him $3860. He was hoping that his credit card did not have sufficient amount then so that he has a good excuse to not buy it. Too bad for him, his credit card went through. hahaha" = We are rich, and 'luckily' we have sufficient amount to pay for it. Did she seriously think his card would have insufficient funds??? What a bloody show off...

i've been reading noelle's blog for quite some time, and i believe she is entitled to blog about whatever she wishes. it is quite obvious that noelle and her husband work very hard to provide natalie with the best and at the same time have a luxurious lifestyle. since she is working so hard taking care of her baby (even though with extra help) and bringing in more income so it won't be so hard on her husband, she has the right to spend her money as she wishes.

it doesnt matter if we arent as well-off as she is, what matters is that she is happy and everyone around her is happy too. i'm glad to see that noelle and her family doesnt treat her domestic helpers as maids to be at her beck and call, but friends who can assist with her with the household chores.

I don't understand what is it with people that feel that just because they are nice to their maids it makes them a saint. My family has had maids for the past 20 ++ years and my parents have treated them as if they were one of us. It is not a saint if you are nice to them. It is just the correct thing to do. These people are also daughters other parents. We should all treat people the way we want to be treated.

Of course Noelle is entitled to blog whatever she likes. I think anon was just telling her to be more sensitive about what she says. Afterall, you blog for others to read. And out of respect for others, you must be aware of others' feelings.

I do not have anything against Noelle, but I have to agree with anon to a certain degree. At the same time I also feel she is quite often quite a show off. Its one thing sharing your joy, but being a show off simply shows you want others to feel inadequate because of what you have.

I think Noelle is a lovely lady who is lucky to have her husband and daughter. She is also lucky to have two maids who she can rely on. She should still however think about what anon has said.

This is getting so boring. Noelle can blog about what she like. Those who have been reading should know by now she often shows off. If you are not happy, then don't read.

Actually i don't think she's being a "show-off" or whatever. Before the push present, and the latest entry, i dont see any post that shows her bragging about her wealth.

and big deal, it's only a chanel bag. why are you guys getting so fustrated over it?! it's not like she asked for a house or something! it's just a bag.

and so what if she has 2 maids? she lives in a big house, WITH HER PARENTS. obviously she needs 2 maids.

If u are not happy reading her post, THEN STOP READING!! It's her life and her money and her blog! Do not make a big fuss and make ppl upset.

DONT READ if you feel uncomfy over what noelle posted in her blog!! i believe she didnt force you guys to READ, right!! come on, why JEALOUS of her... ??

though i dont know noelle in person, i dare to say she is NEVER A SHOW-OFF PERSON!!
