Actually I am a little stress at work, what's new... it's nearing month end and sales has not been really promising. I don't have high expectations on my sales achievement, will be very glad if I am able to meet the marker. Anyways will try my very best to get in the sales and not let the whole team down.
When I first joined the company I felt very lonely and missed my ex-colleagues so much. I felt that I was being left out during company gatherings and wasn't able to blend in with the rest. It was a tough period and I was still holding on to past memories of the good times I had with my ex-colleagues. But now, I am much happier here, after getting to know them, I am much receptive about the environment and the changes. Though every individuals are different, every one's motive in the company is the same, to work hard and earn $$! After work they can be as wild as an animal too! Love them so much!
Last week, we had many Japanese colleagues that was in Singapore for a Cultural Exchange Program with us. They shared their working experiences and also about their cost of living in Japan. I was shock when one of them mentioned that their nursing homes cost $4500 a month! They showed us one of the top nursing homes in Japan and it was like a palace, very grand! Their sales approach was also very different from us in Singapore, and the way they handle situations are very unique. In the beginning, their stern appearance and their strict dressing really made us weary... but when night falls... they all became ware wolves! LOL (Photos illustrations below)
Me in this sweet pink jacket I bought at a push cart stall in Vivo City. All my colleagues sang praises of the jacket, I like the design and the material... oh so comfy!
My young colleague, Joanna Leong, she is only 23 years old. She is very helpful and we cover the same area together.
Mrs Tan and me, that recently got married.
All of us, Joanna, Dianna, Me and Sherli. If I did not mention that they were my colleagues, people will think that we are very good friends.
The stern serious looking Japanese colleagues during the morning session of the cultural exchange program.
Was forced to sing and luckily I had many freelance dancers to accompany me.
I was so fortunate that night, hahaha suddenly became the centre of attention of the Japanese colleagues. They were hilarious!
Group photos
Gosh I wonder why they were doing...
Dianna was caught in between to gay lovers! Neah they were very straight, perhaps was the influence of alchol that made them attracted to each other. LOL
Another group photo.
Once they took off their jacket and their tie, they changed!
They even target on my sales manager! Poor thing, he was kissed by the Nihon jin!
We enjoyed ourselves so much, drink and drink, sang and dance. I am definitely looking forward for the next cultural exchange program... if any. It will be better if we are the ones flying over to other countries!
